Whoever replaces the entire Sharīʿah with positive laws has committed kufr

Shaykh al-Rājiḥī states: "One who replaces the religion and replaces Allah's law, that is kufr... But one who rules in some matters out of obedience to desire and Satan, while knowing it is forbidden, that person is a sinner, not a kāfir."
